“Eddy was great. He was friendly and seemed to really care about the dogs. Our dogs are very nervous, and ate almost no food for the three days they were away (which isn’t unusual) – Eddy bought bacon for them to encourage them to eat something. When I picked them up I could see that they reacted really well to him – when he picked up the leashes they ran to him, so he’d obviously been out with them a lot. “Beth and Cheryl were wonderful. We have a 140 pound Great Dane who is still ALL puppy, and they are very comfortable with that. They work beautifully and confidently with him, their home and yard are ideal for dogs, and they were very communicative from the initial meet and greet planning, right on through until the end of the stay. “Liethea was awesome; I had a lot going on with moving and work, I felt flustered and was all over the place, but Liethea was calm, communicative, and very responsive. She was flexible when I needed to change schedules and took my last minute reservation. She was great with my dog and took her on several walks and to the dog park. Apparently, my dog had so much fun at the dog park (in the dirt) that she was covered by the end of the day. Liethea, god love her, gave my pooch a bath so that she would be clean when I picked her up. It was so above and beyond what I expected. I’ve already recommended Liethea to a couple friends. Lori and the crew were awesome! They were so easy to reach and always got back to me quickly. I had lots of questions and concerns with leaving my puppies for a few days. The spacious ranch left them both exhausted and that’s saying a lot for these 2 energetic dogs! We drove up for a meet and greet a day before the stay and it was actually more of a mini dog training session- providing insight into a few minor behavioral issues. For the actual drop off they met us halfway which was so convenient as we were so busy getting ready for our vacation. We will definitely be returning for future get aways! – Jill W (San Diego, CA)
This was the most wonderful, positive experience ever!!!! We LOVED Debra and Bruce. They not only babysat….our dogs (and they kept 2 rowdy ones) but they made the time they spent with them truly a vacation for our dogs. We were in Punta Cano, but we could talk to them anytime we got homesick for them. We also got soooo many cute pictures. Our dogs, Carolina and Dakota just spent a week at Jay‘s home. We could not have asked for a better dog sitter! He and his wife provided a safe, secure, fun and active place for our dogs while we were away. He played and walked with them daily. He also sent us DAILY detailed emails or Twitter tweets of our dog’s activities. In these emails and tweets were pictures with cute captions! We could see that our dogs loved being there! We had a fabulous vacation, but it was even better not stressing about our dogs! We plan on using his services from now on whenever we go on vacation.
